All products and services provided by Review Pulse ABN 29 8961 99335 (“we,” or “us” or "our"), including but not limited to online and in person courses and training sessions, informative communications, website development and functionality, and communication, training, and/or marketing systems, are designed for educational and informational purposes only. No information, strategies, systems, or tools should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of specific outcomes, results, or earnings.

2. Course Access Duration

All online courses provided by us are accessible for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. After this period, access to course materials will expire, and re-enrolment may be required to regain access. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without a refund. If you require extended access, upgrade options may be available. 3. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to delivering high-quality information, strategies, systems and tools, we do not guarantee or assure any specific outcomes, financial gains, or results from using our products and services. Any financial figures or examples mentioned are for illustrative purposes only and should not be taken as typical, guaranteed, or expected results.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied with the quality of our training or product, you may request a full refund by contacting us directly. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and we reserve the right to verify eligibility.

5. Methods of Payment

If you elect for the payment plan, you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section for the purchased course or product. For recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly, or your program access will be removed. If you do not request a refund within the terms of the program, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. You understand that your access to the course will automatically continue, and you authorise us (without notice to you unless required by applicable law) to collect any outstanding receivables using any eligible payment method on record for your account. By completing your purchase with the payment plan, you acknowledge that this is a payment plan for your course purchase, not a membership subscription, and agree to pay the full balance according to the payment terms.

8. Use of Communication and Marketing Systems

Our communication and marketing systems, including but not limited to missed call text-back systems, reputation management systems and tools, AI-powered messaging that instantly handles customer enquiries, complaints, and bookings, and automated social media communication platforms, are provided as-is. They remain the exclusive property of Review Pulse and are not transferable. The client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the smart site and associated services during the term of this agreement solely for their business purposes. While we provide guidance for implementation, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as accuracy, increased customer engagement, reputation, or revenue . Users are responsible for ensuring that they have consent to communicate with and market to their customers, and for ensuring that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using these systems and for checking and ensuring that they are operating as intended.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Pulse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use of our products and services.

10. Refund Policy Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to any services or products that have been customised or delivered in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Marketing systems that require third-party subscriptions or integrations are subject to the refund policies of those third parties.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
